Read before unboxing
Small glue marks on the leaves are normal. A little adhesive secures each porcelain leaf to the metal for shipping and long-term use; slight residue is part of production and not a defect.
Fan out the branches. The listed size includes the full leaf spread. The branches ship compact — gently fan out the outer branches after hanging to reach the intended width.

Dimensions include the full leaf spread. The cable adjusts up to 59″ / 150cm and can be extended on request. Bulb counts are matched to each piece — if the number of lamp holders you receive differs from your order confirmation, the fixture as received is correct.

- Hardwired installation — a licensed electrician is recommended, especially for 59″ / 150cm and larger because of the weight.
- The ceiling must support the fixture's weight; for the 70.9″ and 78.7″ sizes, make sure structural reinforcement is in place first.
- Gently fan out the outer branches after hanging to reach the full spread.
- Indoor, dry locations only — not suitable for bathrooms or damp areas.
Why are there faint glue marks on some leaves?
A small amount of adhesive is applied where each porcelain leaf meets the metal, to keep it secure through shipping and long-term use. Slight residue is a normal part of production — it does not affect appearance or function and is not a defect.
Why does it arrive narrower than the listed size?
The listed dimensions include the full leaf spread. The metal branches ship compact — after hanging, gently fan out the outer branches to reach the intended width.
What length should I choose for my dining table?
Pick a length roughly 12″ shorter than the table at each end: a 72″ table pairs with the 47.2″ or 59.1″ length; tables of 96″ and up suit the 70.9″ or 78.7″ versions. Over a kitchen island, use the same rule and hang it 32–36″ above the countertop.
What bulbs does it use?
E12 for the US and Canada, or G9 for Europe and Australia — matched to your shipping address. Bulb count runs from 4 to 18 depending on size. A warm white bulb suits the porcelain best.
Is it dimmable?
Yes — with dimmable bulbs and a compatible LED wall dimmer.
Which finish should I pick?
Gold warms white interiors, black grounds modern spaces, and nickel blends into minimalist and coastal rooms. White and other colors are available as custom orders.
FAQs
How long will delivery take?
Total delivery time is 8–16 business days from the day you order, to anywhere in the US. That's 1–2 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order, then 7–14 business days in transit. Express orders get priority handling and usually arrive sooner.
Orders placed after 5pm CT, on weekends or on US holidays start processing the next business day. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships, and you can check on it anytime from our Track Your Order page.
How much does shipping cost?

Do I need an electrician to install it?
Plug-in, USB and solar lights don't need an electrician: plug them in or place them and they're ready to go.
Hardwired fixtures (pendants, chandeliers, wall and ceiling lights, and hardwired outdoor lights) should be installed by a licensed electrician to meet local building and electrical codes. Check the specifications above for the power source, and our Size & Installation Guide for hanging heights and spacing.
Please test your light before installing it. Installed or hard-wired items can't be returned unless they're faulty.
Can I get a different size or finish?
Often, yes. Our custom lighting service covers different sizes, finishes, drop lengths and quantities for homes and projects.
Email support@cannazco.com with this product's name, what you'd like changed and roughly how many you need. We'll reply within 1 business day with options and a quote. Custom and made-to-order pieces can't be returned, so we confirm every detail with you first.
What if it arrives damaged?
Damage in transit is always covered at no extra cost. Within 48 hours of delivery, email us your order number with photos of the box and the product.
Please keep the packaging until we've looked at it. Once we've reviewed it, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay anything to send it back. How to report a damaged item
Return and Refund Policy
30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Items need to be unused, uninstalled and in their original box with all fittings, bulbs and hardware.
How to return: email support@cannazco.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization and the return address. Please send the item back within 7 days of receiving it. Returns sent without approval can't be accepted.
Return shipping: free if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of us inspecting the return. You can cancel for a full refund anytime before your order ships.
