Ways to Pay

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay cards, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal where they are offered at checkout.

When Payment Is Collected

The full order total is collected at checkout. Your order is confirmed and moved into processing only after the payment has cleared. If a payment is declined, we will email you and the order will not be placed until a successful payment is made.

Currency

We ship exclusively within the United States, so all prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Payment Security

Every transaction runs through PCI DSS compliant payment processors on an SSL-encrypted connection. Your card details are handled directly by those processors and are never stored on Cannazco's systems.

Prices and Promotions

Prices on our website can change without notice. Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only during the stated promotion period and only on qualifying orders, and they cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Refunds

Any refund is handled under our Refund Policy and returned to the original payment method. If you have a question about a charge, please email us before contacting your bank. We reply within 1 business day.

Fraud Prevention

We may hold, verify or cancel any order where we suspect fraud or the unauthorized use of a payment method. If an order is cancelled for this reason, any amount charged is refunded in full.
