Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $15 and express is $30. Standard shipping is free on orders over $200.

How long will my order take?

Total delivery time is 8–16 business days from the day you order. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or see our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Returns

What is your return window?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be uninstalled, unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

My light arrived damaged. What do I do?

Keep the packaging and follow the steps on our Report a Damaged Item page.

Products & Installation

Do I need an electrician?

Plug-in and solar lights don't need one. Hardwired fixtures such as pendants, chandeliers and wall lights should be installed by a licensed electrician to meet local code.

Which bulbs do your lights use?

How do I pick the right size?

Are outdoor lights weatherproof?

Our outdoor collection is designed for outdoor use. Check the product description for its specific rating and placement guidance.
