Using Our Website

Products and Descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph every light accurately, including its size, materials and finish. Screens display colors differently, so the shade or finish you see online may vary slightly from the product in person. We may update product details, limit the quantity available or discontinue a product at any time.

Electrical Installation

Many of our lights, including ceiling, wall and outdoor fixtures, need to be connected to your home wiring. For your safety, hard-wired fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician in line with local building and electrical codes. Outdoor lights should only be used in locations that match their stated weather and water resistance (IP) rating. Cannazco is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is only accepted once payment has been received and we have sent you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock availability, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud, and if we do, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices can change without notice, but you pay the price shown when your order is confirmed. Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

We deliver only within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
