For us to act on your notice, it needs to include a description of the work or mark you believe has been infringed; the exact web address of the content on our site; your full name, company (if any), postal address, phone number and email address; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

We review every complete notice promptly and in good faith. Where a claim is supported, we will remove the content or disable access to it, and we may contact the person who supplied it. Notices that are missing required information may delay our response, so please include everything listed above.

Counter-Notices

If content you are responsible for was removed and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send us a counter-notice by email. It should identify the removed content and where it appeared, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, give your name, address and phone number, state that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts for your district, and carry your signature.

Repeat Infringement

We may restrict or end access to our website for anyone found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
