Uses a standard E26 (or E27) base — the most common socket in the US. LED or Edison-style filament bulbs both work. An Edison-style bulb at 2200–2700K is recommended to complement the warm brass and wood tones. Bulbs not included.

What configurations are available?
Four options: 3-lamp standard (∅26.8" × H16.7"), 5-lamp standard (∅30.7" × H16.7"), 3-lamp tall (∅26.8" × H24.6"), and 5-lamp tall (∅30.7" × H24.6"). The "tall" versions have a taller frame between the canopy and the shades — both use the same glass shade size.
What bulb is recommended?
E26 or E27 base. An Edison-style filament bulb at 2200–2700K is recommended — the warm glow complements the brass tones and wood beautifully. LED or halogen E26 bulbs also work. Bulbs are not included.
What finish options are available?
Three body finishes: Brass (gold-toned metal), Walnut (dark wood tone), and Wood color (natural light wood). All versions feature white glass shades.
Can the hang height be extended?
Yes. A 19.7" (50 cm) rod is included. Custom extensions are available on request — contact our support team before ordering if you need a longer drop for high ceilings.
Is this chandelier hardwired?
Yes. It connects to your ceiling's electrical supply and is controlled via a standard wall switch (not included). A licensed electrician is recommended for installation.

What sizes and lamp counts are available?+
Four configurations: 3-lamp standard (∅26.8″ × H16.7″), 5-lamp standard (∅30.7″ × H16.7″), 3-lamp tall (∅26.8″ × H24.6″), and 5-lamp tall (∅30.7″ × H24.6″). All feature white glass shades ∅8.7″ × H5.9″.
Can the hanging rod be extended for high ceilings?+
Yes. A 19.7″ rod is included. Custom extensions are available—contact our support team before ordering if you need a longer drop for cathedral or high ceilings.
What wood and brass finishes are offered?+
Two wood tones: Walnut (dark) and Wood color (natural light). All pair with solid brass arms in a warm gold tone and white persimmon glass shades. Choose based on your existing décor warmth.
What bulbs should I use?+

FAQs
How long will delivery take?
Total delivery time is 8–16 business days from the day you order, to anywhere in the US. That's 1–2 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order, then 7–14 business days in transit. Express orders get priority handling and usually arrive sooner.
Orders placed after 5pm CT, on weekends or on US holidays start processing the next business day. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships, and you can check on it anytime from our Track Your Order page.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $15 and express is $30 per order. Standard shipping is free on orders over $200. The exact options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to US addresses only. Full shipping policy
Do I need an electrician to install it?
Plug-in, USB and solar lights don't need an electrician: plug them in or place them and they're ready to go.
Hardwired fixtures (pendants, chandeliers, wall and ceiling lights, and hardwired outdoor lights) should be installed by a licensed electrician to meet local building and electrical codes. Check the specifications above for the power source, and our Size & Installation Guide for hanging heights and spacing.
Please test your light before installing it. Installed or hard-wired items can't be returned unless they're faulty.
Can I get a different size or finish?
Often, yes. Our custom lighting service covers different sizes, finishes, drop lengths and quantities for homes and projects.
Email support@cannazco.com with this product's name, what you'd like changed and roughly how many you need. We'll reply within 1 business day with options and a quote. Custom and made-to-order pieces can't be returned, so we confirm every detail with you first.
What if it arrives damaged?
Damage in transit is always covered at no extra cost. Within 48 hours of delivery, email us your order number with photos of the box and the product.
Please keep the packaging until we've looked at it. Once we've reviewed it, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay anything to send it back. How to report a damaged item
Return and Refund Policy
30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Items need to be unused, uninstalled and in their original box with all fittings, bulbs and hardware.
How to return: email support@cannazco.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization and the return address. Please send the item back within 7 days of receiving it. Returns sent without approval can't be accepted.
Return shipping: free if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of us inspecting the return. You can cancel for a full refund anytime before your order ships.
Installed, hard-wired or modified lights and custom or made-to-order pieces can't be returned unless faulty. Read the full refund policy

Delivery takes 8–16 business days in total: 1–2 business days to dispatch, then 7–14 in transit. Every order ships with tracking, and your tracking link is emailed the day your order ships.
